    I have purchased a theme, but woocommerce , elementor and other plugins are locked.

    Do i need to separately purchase all these plugins?

    Woocommerce is a free plugin, you do not need to pay to use it.
    With Elementor, we are also using the free version so you do not have to pay any additional costs to use this plugin.
    I don’t understand which plugin you are talking about that is locked and cannot be used?

    While adding a new section on the page, for some widget it is showing pro icon and asking to upgrade .

    This theme does not include the paid Elementor Pro plugin, so if you want to use it, you must buy a paid version to use it.
