Product catalog on tablet and mobile setting problem

Hello! First of all, really nice job with the theme!
I saw on your manual that i can customize how many products are shown per row on each device (pc, tablet, mobile). Unfortunately, on my website i do not have that option. I even installed a fresh version of wordpress with your theme and the option is still missing, so i guess that the problem is not related to my website modification. I attach 2 screenshot for clarity.

Im running wordpress V 5.7.2
and woocommerce V 5.3.0

Hi,

Configuring the number of rows and columns for devices only applies to elementor product widgets that are dragged into pages. With the shop page, only configuring the number of rows and columns on the desktop like the picture you took, to customize the number of columns on the tablet or mobile you need to adjust the css.
