UI always Distorting

Hello
1. My website eloquentgift.com started distorting the user interface and showing some codes at the top header. It has forced me to revert to my last back up on the server. Whenever I do this it will become normal for some hours before it defaces on its own even without me working on it. Please help resolve this persistent issue

2. A subdomain https://eloquentgift.com/Gift/ we created during the development stage is still opening and google is directing traffic there even after our efforts to redirect or delete the subdomain completely

Like I stated on the mail visiting https://eloquentgift.com/ shows a background code on the front end. Still waiting to be resolved
