i finally manage to make it work.

i don’t why but elementor was not configure on product page.

In case someone else is facing the same problem:

Go to Elementor -> settings -> General -> type of content check “products”

you can Install demo 12 then demo 2 you will have demo 12 slider available.
Note that i’m not the author but i ran the same issue and i could finally install many demo sliders
