    Hi, this has been going on for a week. Shop pages are extremely slow (30-60s load time). I want to create a ticket and I have 7 days left it says in Themeforest but you say I don’t have any support??

    This needs to be looked at ASAP as we’re losing money.

    Dear mate,

    We are so sorry about our delay.
    Pls recheck the custom code in the child theme.
    We enabled the parent theme and found it worked fine. Please check the code again on the child theme.
