How to access templates for shop pages to customize layouts

I have a few questions I need answered

1.) How do I change the Hero section with all of the category icons on the shop page. I can seem to locate any of the shop page theme templates for this theme to customize

2.) How do I Make Category pages for all of the products

Please advise

#2. You mean create a page that displays all product categories, then when customers click and the product category will link to the product page?
