Megamenu bar

Hello,
I have a question regarding the megamenu bar, In home page the bar of megamenu initially is transparent (pic. 1), but if i scroll down it’s appear white (probably it’s already transparent but the home is white, Pic.2)) my question is … how I can have different color when scroll down? How change the height of this bar?
