there is no way to select header from the given list of header & footer

There is no documentation whatsoever.

How do I change header & footer from the given list under header & footer section.

There are no theme options to choose default font family.

There is no way I can change the layout of blog page via elementor.

NO way to change any options on shop page.

it is all hard coded.
