It took a long time to test your issue.
– Use default theme
– Deactivate all irrelevant plugins
– Clear all cache on the browser as well as on the website
However the problem is still not resolvedThen I downloaded your website data backup and installed it on my computer – localhost. I check out and the cart is still working properly.
So your problem is with the hosting hosting. Are you using Cloudflare, CDN or hosting cache for this website?

You can use WordPress Import tool to import data.
Step 1: Install WordPress Import plugin
Login to your WordPress dashboard, and navigate to Tools Import. If the WordPress Importer is not yet installed, click Install Now.
WordPress Import ToolsStep 2:
At the bottom part of the WordPress dashboard, click Run Importer under WordPress row. You will be redirected to WordPress Import screen.
Step 3:
Click Choose File and browse for the .xml file you have previously downloaded. Upload file
Find file content.xml at mixxcazt/dummy-data/content.xml
Find file home page at mixxcazt/dummy-data/homepage/home-17.xmlStep 4: Click Upload file and import, and assign an author if you need to assign different author on it, then click Submit.

Wait for the importer to finish the import.
